Tarlina

Tarlina was introduced to yoga through meditation and Theravada Buddhism practise which started when she was 5. From here in 2016 whilst travelling, studying and teaching Yoga it was her time in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka which prompted an true open heartedness to the richness of the cultural traditions, and vast depth to the practises that constitute a Yogic way of life. Her movement studies and practise are grounded in collectively 15 years of Dance, Yoga, Pilates, and Reformer and this influences her class teaching style to be a unique blend, and she has enjoyed using these modalities in connection to support the body’s ability to heal and find balance. She is passionate about sharing many of the physical dynamic practises as Vinyasa or Ashtanga as much as the softened expressions of Yoga portrayed through Yin and Restorative Yoga. It is her focus to support students, no matter their stage of exploration or goals to feel inclusively able to access and uncover the physical, integrated and transformative benefits of the practise, with every occasion shared on the mat.
