Join us for our Hamstring Freedom Workshop, where the primary focus is on freeing and strengthening your hamstrings. You’ll learn to bend, squat, reach, twist, and move more freely by incorporating simple techniques into your routine for just 15 minutes each day.
This workshop is designed to complement your daily lifestyle, utilizing gentle and passive holds specifically for targeted flexibility training of the hamstrings, hips, and back. The benefits of this practice are numerous. You’ll improve your posture, increase your range of motion, enjoy better sleep, and become more active.
Additionally, you’ll reduce stiffness, pain, stress, and tension, avoid injuries, improve circulation, and ultimately feel younger. This workshop is suitable for most people, particularly those who often feel stiff or stuck when moving. However, it is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant. Hypermobile students or those with soft tissue disorders should approach this practice with caution, as it may not be suitable for everyone.
