Dave is excited to share his knowledge and his creativity in the studio with everyone.
Dave’s aim is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone to practice yoga and to truly understand the benefits it can have on their lives both physically and mentally. For Dave, yoga has become a way of life, on and off the mat. It has helped him overcome physical limitations, mental challenges, and some tough times. Dave has completed his 200+ hour Vinyasa training, over 50 hours of accredited Yin training and loves mindful meditation.
Dave shares, “Yoga and surfing teach us to live a life in harmony with nature and our innate surroundings. The most natural thing we do is the simple act of breathing which is the foundation of practice for me. Mind, body and breath; Union, Yoga.”
