Nadine

After first discovering yoga while taking some studies in Ayurveda, after completing her Aromatherapy and massage qualifications, Nadine only fully embraced it years later. Like many people working full time, stress, and life left her looking for a better way of living, and so she returned to the mat. This was where she realised the profound effects of yoga not only physically, but the opportunity for self awareness and a sense of peace. Nadine has completed her 200+ hour Vinyasa training, and over 50 hours of accredited Yin training. Her classes are a nurturing experience, allowing you to leave the external behind and take some personal time. As the saying goes, "You cannot pour from an empty cup".Her extensive massage experience ensures all body's are catered to with options and understanding. Nadine has a special affinity with Yin, and her favourite ever classes would be Yin with acupressure and reflexology! Off the mat, a lover or art, music, animals and the environment.
