Yoga Therapy is a slow pace and low intensity Yoga practice.
This therapeutic practice helps to reduce pain, release tension, and improve overall movement through gentle exercises, quiet breathing, and calming restorative poses.
The class is designed to bring balance to body and mind, and it is great for those with movement challenges due to age, injury, and other health issues.
Mindfulness, Passive, Calming
A restorative yoga practice, focusing on deep tissues, ligaments, and joints throughout the body. Postures are held for longer periods using mats and props for support. Yin is a great practice for all levels, allowing a deeper opening of the body.
Benefits of yin practice include increased circulation and flexibility. It is calming for the mind and body – creating balance, while reducing stress and anxiety. Yin yoga is complimentary to the faster, more energetic styles of yoga. It is the perfect way to wind down and release any tension from a busy lifestyle.

The Vinyasa is an active form of yoga that is characterised by continuous movement from one yoga posture to the next, creating a smooth transition or flow of postures. In Vinyasa flow each movement is mindfully synchronised with your breath, inviting you to connect to a place of stillness within and bring a sense of calmness to the mind.
This class balances strength, flexibility and mobility with mindful movement offering variations of the postures to suit each student. Vinyasa flow is medium to high intensity practice.
Yoga Nidra is the one of the most beneficial and enhancing healing practices known to yoga. It is used to rejuvenate, regenerate, restore, and reconstruct, awaken self-awareness and relaxation on a deep level.
Yoga Nidra or sleepless sleep is a deep relaxation practice, where you lie in a comfortable position without movement and move through a systematic process, using feeling and aware, that guides you to where the body sleeps, the mind rests but you are awake.
