Adeva has always felt a deep connection to yoga, even before she began her practice. Her yoga journey started about 10 years ago with Iyengar yoga, which she practiced on and off for a few years. Then, by chance, she discovered Yin Yoga, which had a profound impact on her life. Since then, her love for yoga and meditation has only grown, eventually leading her to complete a 250-hour yoga teacher training to share her passion with others.
Adeva understands that yoga is a deeply personal experience for each individual. In her classes, she fosters an inclusive environment where students are encouraged to interpret their practice and express themselves in ways that align with their personal needs in the moment.
With a passion for Yin Yoga and music, Adeva incorporates singing bowls into her practice, helping students find stillness and peace. Her classes will leave you feeling more connected to your body, mind, and soul.
