Sarah

Sarah found yoga when she started an asana practice for the physical benefits but quickly discovered the deeper benefits and the feeling of peace and balance which she was left with after a class which is what kept her coming back time and time again until eventually deciding to enrol in a 200 hour yoga teacher training and officially become a qualified teacher. 

Sarah is passionate about sharing yoga with others and encouraging mindful breath to movement, her favourite styles of yoga are slow flow & restorative but she loves guiding all styles including vinyasa, yin and remedial informed yoga. She offers a gentle style of teaching, encouraging students to listen to and honor their bodies, offering modifications and the use of props.
