Sound healing - SUNDAY 15th of January 7:30-8:30PM with Layananda Saraswati This is a yoga practice of hearing and feeling, using the senses both external and internal to create better health, well-being and relaxation. Stress, anxiety, anger, fatigue, depression, sleep disorders, busy mind; when the frequency of a sound synchronises with our brainwaves, it automatically activates de-stress responses in our body, clearing energetic blockages and facilitating healing on all levels. Yoga by Donation to Dromana Community House - Tuesday 8th of November at 6PM Vinyasa - Slow Flow. The class is FREE to book, please donate prior to the start of the class. We are delighted to announce our partnership with Dromana Community House and their Food Rescue and Food Relief project. Dromana Community House is supported by Second Bite and aims to end food poverty and provides food for those in need. Food is rescued locally that would otherwise have gone into land fill by volunteers and Second Bite delivers fresh fruit, vegetables and pantry items to be distributed on Thursdays to over 55 families. Prana Yoga & Wellness will offer free Yoga memberships, special events, and free use of the yoga studio to Dromana Community House clients. In addition to our direct support, we introduced yoga classes by donation only, where all proceedings will go to the Dromana Community House. Share the love of Yoga and help support their important work by attending yoga by donation classes.
