So you’re ready to book a class. Congratulations! Whether this is your first time booking with us, or you just need a refresher on using our online system, we’re excited to have you at the studio.
We’ve done our best to make your online booking experience as simple as possible whether you are using a mobile device or your desktop. Of course, just like anything online, it can be easy to get lost in the clicking.
That’s why we’ve put together a step by step guide to take you from looking up class times to receiving those helpful reminders.

Before you book, we encourage you to check out our yoga classes tab to explore what classes and times we offer here at Prana. From Yin Yoga to Hatha Flow there’s something on the menu for every yogi and yogini.
Once you’ve decided on the class type and time you’d like to attend, navigate to our online booking page by selecting the red ‘Make a Booking’ button in the top right-hand corner of your desktop screen.
If you are using a mobile device, this button will be located in the drop-down menu at the top of your page.
If you are already on the classes page, simply scroll down and find the ‘Book Online’ button.
Yoga Memberships and Packages
Ready to commit to your yoga and wellness practice? Before booking your class, select one of our yoga membership options towards the bottom of the booking page.
Choose from options such as our 10-class pass for an affordable way to dip your toes into the yoga scene or lock in your wellness with a weekly or monthly unlimited membership option.
You can even select 3,6, or 12-month prepaid memberships to save money and enjoy unlimited yoga classes.
Once you’ve selected the yoga membership option or package that’s best for you, click on your desired option, fill in your details, and select the ‘Pay Now’ or ‘Pay with Paypal’ buttons to process your payment.
After you pay, you’ll receive a booking code to use for your classes. It’s important to save this code somewhere safe or write it down for the next step. To use your membership towards your class, this step will need to be completed before booking your classes.
Book a Yoga Class
Now that you’ve navigated to our booking page and have your membership code (if applicable), simply select the yoga class you wish to attend.
For classes that are taught by more than one teacher, you’ll be asked to select which teacher you’d like. These classes operate on a rotating schedule so only classes offered by your selected teacher will be displayed.
To see all available classes in that time slot, select the ‘any available’ option.
You’ll now be able to view upcoming class times as well as how many spots are left in that class. Select the date you want to book by clicking on the time stamp under the desired date.
This will open a menu to continue.
For regular booking, select the continue button. Alternatively, if you would like to set-up recurring classes on your membership, this is where to do so.
To schedule the same class each week, select the recurring option on the drop-down menu at this stage. You’ll be prompted to choose the frequency of your recurring class and duration. For example, you may select every week for 6 weeks or every second week for 10 weeks. Whichever option you choose, once you ‘Add Recurring Times’ you’ll be able to view a list of the dates and times you have asked for.
You may now delete any dates that you don’t wish to book or review your selections. Once you click ‘Continue’ you’ll proceed just like you would with a regular class booking
Completing Your Booking
Whether you’ve selected recurring classes or a one-time booking, you’ll now need to enter your personal information to complete your booking.
Fill out your name, phone number, and email address then be sure to give the terms and conditions a read before ticking the ‘I agree’ box.
Below this box, you’ll find a button that reads ‘Redeem Coupon, Package, or Gift Certificate’. This is where you will enter the booking code you received if you purchased a membership or package.
Click on this space and enter your personalized code. For concession card holders use the code concessionSGL for a single class pass or concessionSAT for booking the Saturday yoga classes (please contact the studio for concession codes for yoga events in Dromana).
Once you’ve entered your code, select apply and complete your booking. If you don’t have a code, select ‘Pay Now’ or ‘Pay with Paypal’. You’ll then be directed to a payment page to process your payment.
If you wish to attend any of our specialized yoga events in Dromana, you can use this same booking page to do so! Please note that special events are not included in the yoga class membership and booking codes will not apply.
Register for Account
Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll see a confirmation page. You can now add this booking to your iCal/Outlook or Google Calander. These are both great options for reminding you of your upcoming class, however, we will also send out a reminder to your email 24 hours before class.
Below the calendar buttons, you’ll find an option to ‘Register for Account’. This step is not mandatory, however, signing up for an account will automatically fill in booking forms and make it faster and easier to book future classes.
You’ll also be able to view what classes you have coming up at the top of the booking page to ensure you don’t miss a class or double book!
You can now use the ‘login’ button at the top of the booking page to access your account and reap the benefits of pre-saved information and classes.
Cancelling and Rescheduling
No one likes missing out on their yoga class, but sometimes life gets in the way. If you feel ill, have another commitment arise, or need to cancel/reschedule for any reason, please do so no later than 2 hours before your scheduled yoga class.
This is especially important for full classes as a member who couldn’t fit in may now be able to attend if the space becomes available.
No-shows or cancellations past the 2-hour window will forfeit the class and be held responsible for the class fee so please be sure to let us know as soon as possible if you will not be attending a booked class.
To reschedule or cancel online, select the applicable button from your reminder email or login page.
Off to Class!
