Our Team

Dianne’s passion for yoga began after the birth of her second child over 24 years ago. As a working mum of 2 boys life was very hectic and Di often felt anxious. Yoga and Meditation became the turning point to a much calmer and connected way of life.

This is what lead Di to study and become a teacher, so she could share this knowledge with others. Di has qualifications in Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga .

She is passionate in guiding her students in understanding and feeling the mind -body connection. Her other passions are being in nature, especially by the Ocean.

You can meet Di on Tuesday evenings for Hatha Therapy & Yin Yang, as well as Wednesday mornings for Gentle Hatha and Meditation & Yoga Nidra.

Candice fell in love with yoga in 2017 when it was recommended to help work through some recurring back pain. She quickly realized that the physical benefits were not all she would experience; she discovered how a consistent practice brought emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

She feels really passionate about introducing new students to this beautiful tool that has the ability to change lives, the way it has her own. She loves to help others create the space to connect to their soul, and learn self love, self acceptance and self forgiveness.

Candice is working towards her 350hr Level 1 Yoga Teacher training through My Health Yoga in Queensland. She has also completed her Reiki Level 2 Training, and has gained a passion for discovering complementary modalities that can improve and maintain positive mental and emotional well-being.

Candice currently teaches the Monday evening Yin class at 6pm.

Emilie was introduced to yoga through circus training when she was 16. After seeing first hand how regularly practicing yoga can benefit the body and mind -both on and off the mat- she continued her practice with many different teachers. In early 2015, Emilie completed her 200 hour teacher training in the holy city of Vrindavan in India, and has since completed a 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Byron Yoga Centre, become a registered massage therapist and is currently studying Remedial Massage.

Emilie is passionate about instilling self-love and self- inquiry in her students. She believes yoga can benefit everyone, whether it be by physically or mentally; yoga will help you where you need it.

Emilie’s classes are light hearted yet challenging, with a strong focus around functional movement. Stability, strength and controlled transitions are key players in Emilie’s physical practice, and that is reflected in her teachings alongside mindfulness, mantra, meditation and breath work.

Emilie currently teaches the Tuesday morning Hatha Flow class as well as the alternate Sunday morning Hatha class.

Annie’s classes cater to those just starting out on their yoga journey, those returning to yoga or students working with restrictions.
She teaches from the heart, her class are filled with joy and a gentle emphasis on stretching and finding space for the body, mind and breath to help students reach their full potential.
Annie completed her 300hr Hatha Yoga training at Shiva Meditation Centre in 2013, and 75hr Yin training with Power Living in 2017.

For Dave Yoga has become a way of life, on and off the mat. It has helped him overcome mental challenges and some tough times.

Dave has completed his 200+ hour Vinyasa training and believes that the true aim of everyone who aspires to be a teacher should be, not to impart their own opinions, but to kindle minds

His aim is to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for more men to practice yoga and to truly understand the benefits it can have on their lives both physically and mentally, and he is excited to share his knowledge and his creativity in the studio.

For Dave, yoga and surfing teach us to live a life in harmony with nature and our innate surroundings. The most natural thing we do is the simple act of breathing which is the foundation of his practice. Mind, body and breath; Union, Yoga.

You can join Dave in class on a Wednesday 6pm Yin yoga as well as each Saturday 830am for a gentle Hatha Flow.

Carol’s yoga journey began in 2009 when she discovered the power of the breath during her first yoga class. After experiencing the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat, she felt drawn to share this ancient practice with others and went on to complete her 200hr Vinyasa TT with The Yoga Group and her 50hr Yin TT with Bernie Clarke.

Carol classes invite a deep connection to self through movement, breathwork and meditation. Expect each movement to be lead by the breathe, seamlessly connecting to the next. She encourages self enquiry, for you to become your own observer, practicing with awareness and curiosity. Her aim is for you to leave feeling deeply connected with a sense of space and inner peace.

You can practice with Carol on Thursdays for Hatha Therapy in the morning and Hatha Slow Flow in the evening, as well as Friday 930am Vinyasa and the alternate Sunday morning Hatha class.

Tash has practiced Buddhism for over 20 years so has a deep connection to meditation and breath, but with a love for movement, found the perfect synergy of the two in Yoga. She’s practiced Yoga Asana all over India, spending half of the year there travelling, and has slowly evolved her spiritual practice to embrace all of Yoga, rather than Asana alone.

Tash completed her 200hr YTT to deepen her own asana practice and share the practice when taking private tours in India, but with all things we love, it’s hard not to share them. Tash’s approach to all spiritual practice and yoga asana classes comes from a place of joy and modesty. She believes that through joy we can open our hearts fully to our practice and connection, and as a lifelong student of the practice knows that she is not so much a teacher, but simply sharing her own practice and creating space so that we can all practice together.
